Class Description:
The Intermediate Girls class meets once or twice a week for 1.5 hours. The Intermediate Girls class continues to build on the skills that the athlete learned in the Beginner Girls class. Classes begin with group stretching and warm-up exercises. Girls work on all 4 Olympic events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor in addition to trampoline. Students participate in three event rotations per class. In this class girls continue to grow their skill base from what they have learned in the Beginner Girls class. Students’ progress is tracked with skills sheets. As a parent you will be kept informed on your daughter’s progress in class. Testing for your athlete’s progression occurs every 3 months. If your daughter is ready, they may advance to the next level earlier than the testing period.

The Advanced Girls class is a two-hour long class that meets once a week. The Advanced Girls class continues to build on the skills that the athlete learned in the Intermediate Girls class. Classes begin with group stretching and warm-up exercises. Girls work on all 4 Olympic events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor in addition to trampoline. Students participate in three event rotations per class. In this class girls continue to grow their skill base from what they have learned in the intermediate Girls class. Students’ progress is tracked with skills sheets. As a parent you will be kept informed of your daughter’s progress in class. The main emphasis of this class is to prepare the athletes to try out for one of the USAG Girls Team Programs. Athletes in this class are not required to try out for team but will be training the skills needed if competition is their goal.

Boys work on all 6 Olympic events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar in addition to trampoline. Students participate in three event rotations per class. Students’ progress is tracked with skills sheets. As a parent you will be kept informed of your son’s progress in class. Testing for your athlete’s progression occurs every 3 months. If your son is ready, they may advance to the next level earlier than the testing period.

Class Description: Activities include Floor Exercise, Trampoline, and Conditioning. Tumbling classes will also complement athletes who are looking to set themselves apart in other sports such as Dance, Martial Arts, Cheerleading, Diving, and many other sports! This class focuses on strengthening various basic tumbling skills. Walkovers, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, and flipping skills are introduced and broken down into progression. The athlete will also be working drills and exercises that provide a foundation for back handsprings and front handsprings.

Class Description: Activities include Floor Exercise, Trampoline, and Conditioning. Tumbling classes will also complement athletes who are looking to set themselves apart in other sports such as Dance, Martial Arts, Cheerleading, Diving, and many other sports!
This class is for athletes that have mastered handstands, back and front walkover and are close to back handsprings. The intermediate level athlete will be working towards performing back and front handsprings by themselves, working a round-off back handspring and starting drills into tucks and layouts and aerials.
For the more Advanced level athlete, this class focuses on correct technical execution of higher-level skills. It is great for athletes who have mastered back handspring and are working towards series, tucks, layouts and twisting layouts in a safe environment. Athletes will be working on elite standing tumbling. This class would be ideal for members of cheer teams, or high school teams. Standing back handspring and round off back handspring are prerequisites for being considered Advanced level
Our tuition is based on monthly rates. Once your child is registered for class they will be enrolled indefinitely until you officially drop them from our program. Class tuition is not based on attendance; it simply reserves your spot in the class. There are no make-up classes offered for missed classes.
