Tumbling-focused gymnastics class for skill development
Activities include Floor Exercise, Trampoline, and Conditioning
Complements athletes in Dance, Martial Arts, Cheerleading, Diving, and other sports
Focuses on strengthening basic tumbling skills
Skills introduced and progressed include:
Walkovers
Handstands
Cartwheels
Round-offs
Flips
Drills provide foundation for back handsprings and front handsprings
Intermediate & Advanced Tumbling class focusing on skill progression
Activities include Floor Exercise, Trampoline, and Conditioning
Complements athletes in Dance, Martial Arts, Cheerleading, Diving, and other sports
Intermediate Level Tumbling:
Must have mastered handstands, back/front walkovers
Working toward independent back & front handsprings
Practicing round-off back handspring
Introduction to tucks, layouts, aerials
Advanced Level Tumbling:
Focus on technical execution of higher-level skills
For athletes who have mastered back handspring and progressing to series, tucks, layouts, twisting layouts
Emphasis on elite standing tumbling
Safe progression environment for cheerleaders, high school athletes, and multi-sport participants
Prerequisites for advanced level: standing back handspring and round-off back handspring
Adult gymnastics class for all skill levels (complete beginners to experienced)
Activities include Men’s & Women’s Artistic Events, Trampoline, and Conditioning
Focuses on building a strong foundation in a relaxed, go-with-the-flow atmosphere

Our tuition is based on monthly rates. Once your child is registered for class they will be enrolled indefinitely until you officially drop them from our program. Class tuition is not based on attendance; it simply reserves your spot in the class. There are no make-up classes offered for missed classes.
